It must be something in the water!!!

Kristen and I @ her baby shower. We had been planning on trying to get pregnant around the same time. We ended up being 6 weeks apart and super happy that we were both having boys! Tanner was born on 1/7. He was the 1st boy in a 6 month boy trend.

It was so awesome to be pregnant with so many great friends and family members. I just kept finding out more and more people were pregnant. It was so much fun to compare notes and find out that you are not the only one experiencing bizare symptoms. It was definitly an exciting time.

Trish and I at the Greenfield wedding. We were both troopers and stayed out pretty late. I just love being the designated driver. Baby Kahn was born on Jan 21st.

Kim and I in the last month of pregnancy. The last month is definitly the longest and most uncomfortable time. Dash (Dylan's cousin) was born on 3/3. They are only 3 days apart.

Here I am with Jenny and Tammy. We had a fun night at my house a few weeks before Dylan was born. We had a lot to chat about. It was my last girl's night before becoming a mom. Both Jenny and Tammy were late giving birth. Jenny gave birth to Ethan on 3/20 (almost 1 week late) and Tammy gave birth to Dane on 4/20 (4 days late after being induced. Tammy didn't know the gender of her baby so it felt like Christmas waiting for the text about the gender of the baby, although I always suspected it would be a boy.

Sara and I at my baby shower before I found out she was pregnant. She is only five weeks pregnant in the photo. I am not sure if she had a special glow that night or if it was that she wasn't drinking a glass of wine, but I told my sister and Jessica on the way home that night that Sara was pregnant. I just knew.... very special! We can't wait to meet Ayden in Sept.

We are super excited about Dylan's 2nd cousins Sam Hughes (June), Emma Lott (August), and baby Hughes #2 (October), we should find out baby Hughes gender in a few weeks. We are also looking forward to baby Lederman in July. I sure hope I didn't forget anyone else. We all have a lot to be thankful for and many joyful moments to come.

Baby Shower

On January 10th, I had the most incredible baby shower. It was unbelievable.... I had sensory overload at all the details and love that was shown to us. It will forever be one of my fondest memories and a night I will never forget. Below is a picture of all the ladies who made the night possible. Kim, Megan, Claire, Jessica, Beth, Jennifer, Michelle, and Liz. Kristen was also a hostess but was unable to make the shower because she gave birth to baby Tanner 3 days prior. Thank you so much to each of you for making this night so special. I have to give a special thanks to my sister Beth who was the master planner and to my mom (aka Martha Stewart), for all the beutiful centerpieces, personalized ribbon and m&m's and all the other creative pieces you made.

Brian showed up towards the end of the night after replacing the brakes on the Tahoe. Yes he is one talented man. Here we are with my sister-in-laws Amanda and Kim and my Mother-In-Law Pat. Kim is pregnant with Dash who is 3 days younger than Dylan.

I have the most incredible friends and family. Where would I be without all of you. I love you guys xoxo...

Me and my two beautiful sisters.

Me and my Mama.

My mom made this Amazing diaper cake which is filled with all kind of goodies for Dylan. I can't imagine how many man hours went into rolling each diaper. I have been so thankful to have all those diapers. We are still using them. Dylan the duck on top is to cute. I am so blessed to have such a talented Mom.

Megan wrote the most incredible poem for the event.... Lord knows I lost it and I think it is safe to say that there was not a dry eye in the room. Thank you so much Megan for all your touching words. You are such a talented writer.

My sister in law Amanda painted these awesome prints for Dylan's nursery. We love them and they really made the room POP.

We went to birthing classes with Jenny and Troy. It was so great to have friends to share the experience with. Dylan and Ethan are 3 weeks apart and will surely be little buddies.

Dylan's 4D sonogram at 28 weeks. It is just amazing to be able to
see your baby in utero and it really looks like him. He still puts his hands to his face just like how he is posed in the photo...
